Say No More!

Mercan works in the family company and is in constant competition with his brother-in-law, Fırat. And the hiring of Aytaç, an employee with a very peculiar profile, causes more tension in the family.

Thinking his brother-in-law is up to something, Mercan makes a plan with Filiz. Fırat, in return, becomes aware of the eyes watching him and comes up with a counter-plan.

Fired from the company, Mercan spends the night out and gets scolded by his father. His grandfather feels sorry for him and decides to give him another chance. Meanwhile, Aytaç tries to hide from everyone that he is unemployed.

The big day has come for Peri Holding. As the company prepares for the team dinner, Fırat helps Mercan make it a special day due to Tarık's insistence.

Tarık tells Fırat he will no longer work with him if he does not disband Mercan's team. Fırat's ominous plans ruin the mood for Mercan's team celebrating.

The company is nominated for an award, but ironically, the ceremony lacks organization. The team turns this into an opportunity with Aytaç's quick wit and problem-solving skills, and impresses Perihan.

Perihan decides to open an organization company and offers Aytaç a job. Hearing this, Nuri and Grandpa immediately offer Aytaç a better position. After Aytaç's job offers, Aytaç comes to work the next day with his pastry in his hand as if nothing had happened.

After the changes in the board of directors, Perihan attempts to establish a company again and offers Aytaç a job, but he declines. Perihan, who is not satisfied with this situation, becomes obsessed with Mercan's organization company.

Aytaç has a terrible day because Fırat entrusts Besim to him. Perihan realizes her mother's body isn't there during her funeral service, and creates a havoc.

Perihan wants to see Fırat attending the bid. Mercan, who thinks that he will be fired if Fırat is the winning bidder, decides to find a new company.
